We process your name, email address, and phone number to communicate with you for the execution of contractual obligations and for responding to requests/messages submitted via the website.

All this data will be retained for the period required by financial-accounting and tax regulations, but no longer than 5 years.

We do not use personal data for automated processing or profiling. We never make automated decisions about you. We use technical means to securely store data. We do not process data for secondary purposes that are incompatible with the purposes for which they were collected.

  • You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;

If we have shared your data with courier companies or other partners, and you request its deletion, we will take all reasonable steps to inform these partners to erase any links to, or copies of, this data.

Data will not be erased if:

  • Processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Romanian law or to perform a task carried out in the public interest;

  • For reasons of public interest in the area of public health;

  • Processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Where processing has been restricted under the cases mentioned above, such data shall, except for storage, only be processed with your consent, or for legal claims, or for protecting another person’s rights, or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or Romania.

If you have obtained restriction of processing, we will inform you before the restriction is lifted.

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance from us, where technically feasible. Exercising this right does not affect your right to data erasure.

Any client also has the right to object, free of charge and without justification, to the processing of their data for direct marketing purposes.

Your data will not be transferred to another country.

By filling in the information in the message submission forms, you, the user/buyer, expressly declare and accept that your personal data will be included in the database of https://qbiton.it, and you give your explicit and unequivocal consent for all such personal data to be stored, used, and processed for the purpose of fulfilling placed orders or responding to the messages and requests you submit.

The buyer’s personal information may also be provided to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Police, the courts, and other authorized state authorities, based on and within the limits of legal provisions and as a result of expressly formulated requests.

You have the right to access, intervene, rectify, and port the data you provide to us, to restrict the processing we carry out, and even to request the deletion of the data. Please note that intervening in the data you have provided may hinder the execution of the contract concluded between you and us. In such cases, we shall be exempt from liability. If you are dissatisfied, you have the right to file a complaint against us with the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing, as well as with the competent courts.
